1. What is holistic fitness?
Holistic fitness is a comprehensive approach that integrates physical, mental, and emotional well-being to achieve overall health and fitness. The aim is to work towards wellness, achieving fitness through a combination of physical and mental practices.
Physical Practices: including regular participation in my training sessions (whether online or in-person) and incorporating whole foods into your daily diet.
Mental Wellbeing Practices: addressing mental health through practices like meditation, mindfulness, and emotional resilience exercises.
2. What are the benefits of Holistic Fitness?
There are several benefits to practicing Holistic Fitness. These benefits include but are not limited to:

3. So how is all of this included in your offerings?

I offer a variety of packages depending on your specific needs and goals. Please see my offerings tab for more information on my packages.
4. I am interested in your fitness offerings. If I choose to do in-person personal training, where will the training sessions take place?
I bring the sessions to you whether that means to the comfort of your home or we meet at a park or an affiliated gym. There are plenty of options we can explore. We will discuss this further during our consult together.
5. If I want to workout at home, will I need to purchase expensive equipment, and how much space will I need?
Very little equipment and space is required to train at home. A 10 x 10 area free of furniture and other obstacles is all that is needed.
OnDEMAND classes require 2 sets of dumbells, resistance bands, and a mat.
6. How long are the personal training sessions?
Personal training sessions are 50 minutes long.
7. What if I need to cancel a session?
Things come up and I certainly understand that. If for any reason, you need to cancel a session, I ask that you notify me within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
8. How can I pay? Do you accept cash?
Prior to all consultations or personal training sessions, I will send you an electronic invoice for you to make payment. All payments must be made before consultations or personal training sessions begin. I accept several forms of payment including ACH, Zelle, Venmo, cash, Paypal, and most major credit cards.
9. How can I get started?
Getting started is easy!! Unless you are purchasing a monthly membership for OnDemand classes, your first step towards optimal health and fitness begins with a consultation with me. During your consultation, we will discuss your current lifestyle and fitness goals as well as work together to design a plan that will work for you.
