At HolistiFIT, we value your commitment to your fitness journey and understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect both your time and our schedule, we have the following cancellation policy:
Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to reschedule missed sessions, subject to availability, to keep your fitness routine on track.
No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused sessions unless in cases of emergency. Training packages have an expiration date and any unused sessions will expire accordingly.
Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations are generally non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise of the trainer or consultant. However, exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of HolistiFIT.

Digital Wallets and Online Payment Platforms: HolistiFIT supports payments through popular digital wallets and online payment platforms such as PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle, offering a quick and hassle-free payment process.
Cash Payments: For in-person services, cash payments can be accepted. This option is subject to the discretion of the personal trainer or service provider and may not be available in all locations.
